Automated Backups
Janhost performs daily automated backups of your entire account, including files, databases, and emails. We retain these backups for 30 days.
How to Restore
You can restore specific files or databases directly from your hosting control panel (cPanel or similar) using the JetBackup or Backup Manager tool.
Manual Backups
We highly recommend taking manual backups before making significant changes to your site. You can do this via the Backup Wizard in your control panel.
