Authentication is Key

Ensure your domain has the following DNS records set up correctly:

  • SPF (Sender Policy Framework): Specifies who can send email on your behalf.
  • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Adds a digital signature to your emails.
  • DMARC: Tells servers what to do if SPF/DKIM fail.

Volume and Content

Avoid sending large bursts of email to cold lists. Warm up your IP gradually. Avoid using spammy keywords in subject lines.
