How to Access Your Client Dashboard

Introduction

Your Janhost Client Dashboard is the central hub for managing your hosting services, domains, and billing. From here, you can view invoices, open support tickets, and access your hosting control panel.

Logging In

To access your dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Janhost Client Portal.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Enter your password. If you've forgotten it, click the "Forgot Password?" link to reset it.
  4. Click Login.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you'll see the main dashboard which provides a quick overview of your account status:

  • Active Products/Services: Your current hosting plans and services.
  • Domains: Any domains registered or transferred to Janhost.
  • Tickets: Recent support tickets and their status.
  • Invoices: Due and paid invoices.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're unable to log in:

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address (the one you used during sign-up).
  • Check your spam folder if you requested a password reset email and haven't received it.
  • Clear your browser cache or try a private/incognito window.
