Janhost is looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to support our customers and systems with care and precision. This role is part of a small, focused team that values reliability, accountability, and clear communication.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Provide technical support for hosting, website, and email services via ticket and live chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, DNS, SSL certificates, and server configurations
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Assist with routine maintenance tasks and monitoring

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role
  • Strong understanding of web hosting concepts, cPanel/Plesk, and WordPress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Customer-first mindset with a calm, professional approach
