Janhost is looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to support our customers and systems with care and precision. This role is part of a small, focused team that values reliability, accountability, and clear communication.
What you'll be responsible for
- Provide technical support for hosting, website, and email services via ticket and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, DNS, SSL certificates, and server configurations
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and monitoring
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role
- Strong understanding of web hosting concepts, cPanel/Plesk, and WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Customer-first mindset with a calm, professional approach
